We are committed to delivering high-quality services and products tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of our work, which involves custom designs, personalized funnels, and bespoke solutions, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.
Policy Details
Non-Refundable Services and Software
Payments made for funnels, websites, automations, and software subscriptions are non-refundable.
Once a project is initiated or software access is granted, resources, time, and effort are allocated, making refunds impractical.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure smooth project completion.
Delays in providing required inputs may affect the project timeline but will not qualify for a refund.
Automation and Results Expectations
Automations and integrations are not included by default with every service unless specifically outlined.
A complimentary automation (such as a thank-you page automation) is only included with the first funnel or website during the initial month of paid service.
After the first month, or beyond the included automation, you are responsible for managing or building additional automations yourself using our software.
We provide the software platform and tools for you to manage and build these features. If you prefer hands-on assistance, we recommend hiring a dedicated automation expert or team member.
Subscription & Access
Access to the funnel or website built during the first month requires continued monthly payment.
If payment is not received for the following month, access to the funnel/website will be revoked, and services will be discontinued until the subscription is resumed.
Revisions and Support
We offer revisions within the scope of the agreed-upon project to ensure satisfaction.
Any requests beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.
Cancellation
If a client cancels a project before work begins, a cancellation fee may apply.
No refunds will be issued once work has started.
Disputes
We believe in open and professional communication. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues amicably.
