When you sign up, contact us, or use Funnel Panda CRM, we collect information including your name, business name, email address, phone number, payment details (processed by our payment provider), and any content you choose to store within the platform (contacts, messages, files, etc.).

We use your information to provide and operate the Platform, process payments, deliver onboarding and support, send service-related notifications, improve and personalize the experience, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

03. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, and to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.

04. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

05. Third-Party Services

Funnel Panda integrates with third-party services including payment processors, email/SMS providers, social platforms, and analytics tools. When you connect a third party, that service's privacy policy also applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

Service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can request an export of your contact data. Note: as outlined in our Terms, website, funnel, and full system exports are not supported.

08. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, data is kept for 30 days in a paused state, after which it may be permanently deleted. We may retain certain data longer when required by law, for tax purposes, or to resolve disputes.

09. AI & Automated Processing

Some features use AI-powered tools that may process your content (e.g., conversation summaries, reply suggestions). AI processing happens within trusted infrastructure. You can disable AI features at any time. Certain AI usage may incur additional charges.

10. Children's Privacy

Funnel Panda is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.

11. International Users

Funnel Panda is operated from the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States. If you are in a region with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), you have additional rights—contact us to exercise them.

12. Marketing Communications

We may send service-related emails (always required) and occasional marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Service notifications cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
