Terms & Conditions

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Funnel Panda CRM ("the Platform"), operated by The Funnel Panda LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

02. Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed monthly. The Self-Managed CRM plan is $60/month. Managed Funnel Panda Support is $160/month with a one-time $360 onboarding fee. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. We do not pro-rate partial months.

03. Ownership of Assets

Websites, funnels, automations, workflows, and related assets created within the Funnel Panda ecosystem remain dependent on an active subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their contacts, content, and externally purchased domains.

04. Export Policy

Contact exports are allowed upon request. Migration into Funnel Panda from other systems is supported. Website exports, full funnel exports, agency snapshots, and backend/system exports are not supported. This is necessary to protect our infrastructure and pricing model.

05. Managed Support Scope

The Managed Support plan covers work performed inside the Funnel Panda ecosystem only. It includes up to 3 design requests per month, funnel/website/form creation, email/SMS automation setup, and revisions within reasonable scope. It does not include external platform work, custom coding, advanced Zapier/API integrations, or DM/social automation builds. Advanced automations and custom development are quoted separately.

06. Revision Policy

Unlimited revisions apply only to active monthly requests within reasonable scope and do not include complete project rebuilds, expanded project scope, custom development, or repeated strategy pivots.

07. Rush Request Policy

Rush requests may be accepted depending on team availability, request complexity, workload, and timeline requirements. Additional rush fees may apply. Standard requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before launch or event dates.

08. Support Policy

Support is available during business hours only. Response times may vary depending on workload, request complexity, and active support volume. Instant responses are not guaranteed.

09. Nonpayment Policy

Day 1–7 of nonpayment: a grace period applies; reminders are sent. After 7 days: CRM access is paused, hosted websites become inaccessible, automations pause, and SSL may stop functioning. After 30 days: data and assets may be permanently deleted without further notice.

10. User & Team Access

Additional users or team member access may be subject to plan limitations, fair usage policies, or additional fees.

11. AI Usage

AI-powered tools may be available within the platform. Certain AI usage, credits, or advanced functionality may incur additional charges depending on usage and provider pricing.

12. SEO Services

Basic SEO structure and optimization tools may be available within Funnel Panda. Advanced SEO services, ranking campaigns, SEO management, and strategy are separate services not included under standard plans.

13. Membership & Community

Membership and course functionality is available within the platform. Funnel Panda does not provide community platform setup, Skool/community management, or community-building services under managed plans.

14. Third-Party Accounts & Integrations

Clients are responsible for connecting and managing their own social media accounts, payment processors, and third-party integrations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Domain Ownership

Clients retain ownership of their externally purchased domains. Funnel Panda does not claim ownership over externally registered domains connected to the platform.

16. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Funnel Panda LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
